These are my personal picks based on years of eating around the island. It’s not a full list of every restaurant, some categories were tricky to narrow down to just 5! To keep it fair, I didn’t list any restaurant more than 3 times. If one of your favorites isn’t here, there’s a good chance I’ve been and just didn’t love it. My qualifications? None, I’ve just eaten at more than 90% of the restaurants on the island over 15 years.
If this is your first time visiting MV or you’re here for a short while, I suggest making a reservation at at least one place for dinner before you arrive! It will ensure you have a great experience.
Restaurants on MV can be super seasonal, so double-check hours before you go. Things can change last minute because of weather, ferries, or staffing. I’ll keep updating this guide as places close or new favorites emerge. 🥂
