💍 Guide to Planning a Bachelorette Party in 2025 on Martha's Vineyard
Insider Tips, Group Activities & Local Favorites for an Epic Vineyard Getaway
Martha’s Vineyard is the ideal destination for a fun and memorable bachelorette party. After experiencing three of them firsthand, I know exactly which activities, restaurants, and experiences make for the best weekend. This guide is packed with my personal recommendations to help you plan an unforgettable trip:
🛬 Getting to Martha’s Vineyard & Where to Stay
Most bachelorette groups take the Steamship Authority ferry from Woods Hole (on Cape Cod), but flights are available to MVY Airport from Boston, NYC, and DC. If you’re visiting in peak season, July and August, book accommodations early. There aren’t that many Airbnbs/VRBOs for large groups available late in the season. June and September offer great weather with fewer crowds.
The best areas to stay are Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. Both have walkable access to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. A car isn’t necessary since Ubers, taxis, and bikes make getting around easy. Use 🔗 MV Travel Guidance to answer any more questions!
Before you arrive, I recommend booking at least one dinner reservation, one activity, and ordering provisions.
