π This Weekend on Martha's Vineyard: 2/21-2/23
school break week begins, some sales, some temporary closures and a few events
β±οΈ This Week on MVacay
Happy Winter Break!
This Black History Month, I reflected on how to make MV more inclusive for Black visitors. First-time travelers should have a resource to understand and join the traditions respectfully as they plan their trips. I also wanted to include the voices of islanders shaping this new era. Thanks, Sheryl and Sharisse!
One of my goals for 2025 is to add Google Maps for each of my guides. I was able to create my first one for my Winter Guide, which you can access here.
πΊοΈ What To Do This Weekend
β MVacay Picks
Eat: This week Cook The Vineyard featured this article categorizing all the Chocolate Chip Cookies on MV right now and itβs 100% my favorite kind of journalism! Worth checking out their comparative photos and reviews and embarking on an adventure to find your ideal option.
Go To: The Green Room is having their Big Winter Sale starting tomorrow, 20-70% store-wide. I look in my closet and see several items Iβve gotten from their amazing sale racks!
Try: Vineyard Vinyasa is having a big discount for a 3-month unlimited yoga package at $275/month. Hot Yoga will definitely keep you warm and fit this winter!
