⭐ Martha's Vineyard Striped Bass & Bluefish Derby - ongoing

  • The annual derby attracts fishermen from all around the world. The tournament is run for and by fishermen and raises money for scholarships to Island high school graduates. Registration and participation is ongoing

🎟️ Mini Fall Film Festival @ Grange Hall - Fri-Sun / Info

  • Friday 10/7-Saturday 10/15.

⭐Vineyard Artisans Columbus Day Weekend Festival @ Grange Hall / Info

  • Saturday + Sunday, 10-4. Catch all your favorite Island artisans. Weaving, fine furniture, pottery, leather goods, oil paintings, pastels, mixed media, sculpture, wampum jewelry, hand knit items, clothing, photography, handmade books and much more. Indoors and outdoors, rain or shine.

  • Pumpkin picking in our patch, wagon rides to see Morning Glory’s cows, squash bowling, kid’s crafts, pumpkin decorating and lots of fun with our barnyard animals! Beer from Bad Martha and food available for purchase separately.

    One small pumpkin is included per child’s ticket. Additional pumpkins can be purchased on-site based on availability. Pre-registration encouraged.

⭐👨‍👩‍👧🎵🆓Vineyard Gardens Harvest Festival @ Vineyard Gardens, 10a-3p / Free

  • Vineyard Gardens invites you to enjoy a festive atmosphere and a wonderful way to celebrate the harvest season! Nature projects will include little Jack Pumpkin bouquets, pine cone bird feeders and planting paper whites. Plant sales. Live music from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Food will include barbecued hot dogs and chili. 

⭐👨‍👩‍👧🎵🆓LadyFest @ Circuit Avenue Oak Bluffs, 2-9p / Free

  • LadyFest, the annual female-fueled arts and music festival that raises awareness and funds for CONNECT to End Violence, will return once again to downtown Oak Bluffs. The event features musical artists from many genres including rock, soul, electronic and pop and benefits CONNECT, the local non- profit which aims to reduce domestic and sexual violence and assist victims in need.

⭐Island Style Fall Fashion Show @ Edgartown Public Library, 4-5p / Info

  • Celebrate fall fashion with looks from three of the Island's top clothing designers: Angela Sison of Conrado, Randi Sylvia of Kenworthy and Gareth Brown of Rooey Knots. This season's essential Island looks will be strutting down the runway in our Program Room. Registration is requested. This program has been generously funded by the Friends of the Edgartown Free Public Library.

  • Join us for the second annual Indigenous Peoples Day celebration on Nôepe, to acknowledge the Wôpanâak territory and presence. With Wôpanâak speakers, drumming, and info tables. Hosted by Sassafras Earth Education, with key note speaker David Two Arrows Vanderhoop and many others. Come and honor the First Peoples of this Island. It's time!
